CMD offers full chargeback protection for any payments a model receives, pay-per-minute calls, tips, and direct transactions (prepayments). These transactions are not affected by chargebacks.
The important thing is that WE DO NOT ALLOW members to make chargebacks on our side, and we permanently ban their accounts and block their personal and public data to prevent them from opening another account in our system.
Important!
To minimize the opportunity for this to happen, we suggest contacting us as soon as possible about any member that transfers you a large amount of money or that looks/sounds fraudulent/suspicious in any case.
In cases of suspected money laundering and not respecting the Terms&Conditions and Code of Conduct CMD is required by law to return the transactions to the rightful cardholder therefore any type of payment will be charged back.
