For legal reasons, as our payment processor's policy is against money laundering, we can not make a partial refund, we can only refund the same amount you have deposited into your account.

Please note that refunds required without a specific complaint are considered exceptions, and no abuse (excess) is allowed. If such a refund is requested more than once, the account may be permanently suspended without previous notification.

We can refund your money with no problem, but only if you did not spend any of your funds or if you add the difference so that the amount will be the same as the ones deposited in your account in the last 60 days.

If you want a card refund, you will need to contact us by opening a live chat.
The request will be forwarded to the Billing Department and the process usually takes around 30 days.
Note: Cryptocurrency and bancontact top-ups cannot be refunded.
